
Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions state that once a quotation has been agreed to either verbally or other, we will send a deposit request. This is generally 50% of the quotation total.
Once the deposit has been paid into our business account we shall order the products stated on your quotation. These may be exchanged if during the installation process some products need to be changed.
Any products ordered by the customer and is requested be changed may result in a restocking fee as-well as carriage charges.
Similarly , if you the customer cancels the installation for any reason we will return the deposit at discretion only after all items and materials have been returned and we ourselves recieve refund for these products. This may result in a carriage charge and re-stocking charge which will be deducted from you refund total.
Made to measure products are unable to be returned and refunded.

Deposits are paid on agreement of these terms as stated.

Any changes made to a confirmed installation date by the customer at short notice can be rearranged but will be subjected to a rebooking fee to cover loss of earnings.
